Local picture
Liverpool, in the Census.
The suburb of Liverpool had just over 31,000 residents at the 2021 Census.
Nearly 2,500 Liverpool residents were caring for someone without pay. If you care for an NDIS participant here, a support coordinator can deal with providers on their behalf and keep you informed, so the plan does not depend on you alone.

Health and council
Liverpool Hospital and council.
Liverpool Hospital
Liverpool Hospital is run by the South Western Sydney Local Health District. If you are admitted there, say you are an NDIS participant: with your consent, the hospital lets the NDIA know. Tell us as well, and we will work with you and the ward team on what you need at home.
Liverpool City Council
Council runs an Aged and Disability program, convenes the Liverpool Access Committee and implements a Disability Inclusion Action Plan. Its people with disability page also links to Liverpool Mobility Mapping and information on the Master Locksmith Association Key (MLAK). Phone council on 1300 36 2170.
