Review and build
We review what is working, and help you build your independence if that is a goal.
How the NDIS funds transport
Transport is funded from the recurring supports budget in your plan. The NDIA says there are 3 recurring transport levels, depending on whether you are working or studying, and how many hours a week. It considers what reasonable help your family, carers or community can give with transport.
The NDIA can pay recurring transport regularly to your nominated bank account, or you can claim it through the participant portals or the my NDIS app. Read the NDIA’s recurring supports page.
The way we work with you.

We get back to you as quickly as we can. Tell us if it is urgent and we will prioritise it.
Plain language
NDIS jargon explained, always. You will know what is happening and why.
Your goals first
What we do is tied to the goals in your plan, and we check in regularly on how it is going.
Safe and respectful
Screened, trained workers who follow the NDIS Code of Conduct and respect your privacy.
Your choice
You choose your providers. You can use us for this service and someone else for another.
One connected team
If you use more than one of our services, the people supporting you talk to each other.
Good questions, honest answers.
Is transport part of my Core Supports?
No. The NDIA now funds transport through a separate recurring supports budget, and recurring transport is the only category in it.
How is transport funding paid?
The NDIA says it can be paid on a regular basis to your nominated bank account, or you can claim it through the participant portals or the my NDIS app.
What can transport funding be used for?
The NDIA says it can pay for travel to and from work, study, community activities, day programs, or social, recreational or leisure activities, including taxis, rideshare and other private travel.
Can a support worker travel with me?
Yes, where you need support during the trip and it is in line with your plan. We agree the arrangements and costs with you first.
Can you help me learn to use public transport?
Yes. If building independence is one of your goals, we can help you learn to plan and make trips yourself.
Where do you provide transport?
We support participants across Sydney and New South Wales.
Let’s get you moving.
Tell us where you need to go, and we will help you get there.
