Our team holds five specialist services under one roof, supporting participants and families across all of NSW with the kind of attention that turns a plan into a life that genuinely fits.
Centre of Hope was founded because we kept meeting participants whose stories all sounded the same. A plan they did not understand. Providers they could not reach. Coordinators who had not returned their calls.
So we built a service around what was missing: steady, knowledgeable people who pick up the phone, read the plan properly, and stay in the conversation long after the introduction call.
We are a fully registered NDIS provider. That registration is not a marketing line. It means every member of our team has been worker-screened and audited against national standards.
