Centre of Hope provides NDIS supports and aged care across Sydney and New South Wales. We believe support is only useful when someone walks with you to put it into action: the translating, the connecting, the steady follow-up. That is the work we are here for.
Centre of Hope was founded because we kept meeting people whose stories all sounded the same. A plan they did not understand. Providers they could not reach. Calls that were never returned.
So we built a service around what was missing: steady, knowledgeable people who pick up the phone, take the time to understand your situation, and stay in the conversation long after the first call.
We are a registered NDIS provider, registration 4050161679. That registration is not a marketing line: registered providers are checked against the NDIS Practice Standards. You can check ours on the NDIS Commission register.
Today we support NDIS participants with coordination, coaching and daily living supports, offer positive behaviour support and early childhood intervention through our allied health services, and support older people with aged care at home and in the community. Whatever the support, the promise stays the same: your goals lead, and you get honest advice in plain language.
