Practical support coordination, built around your plan.

A good support coordinator does more than book appointments. We help you understand the NDIS, work out what your funding can really do, build a team around you, and step in when things go off track. As much or as little support as you need.

Good questions, honest answers.

Do I have Support Coordination in my NDIS plan?

It will be listed under Capacity Building Supports in your plan as "Support Coordination" with a level (1, 2, or 3) and a dollar amount. If you're not sure, send us your plan and we can check in a few minutes.

What's the difference between Level 1, 2 and 3 Support Coordination?

Level 1 (Support Connection) is short-term, focused on helping you connect with informal and community supports. Level 2 (Coordination of Supports) is the most common, for participants needing ongoing coordination across providers. Level 3 (Specialist) is for high-risk, complex situations with multiple challenges. We deliver all three. See our full guide for which level might suit you.

How much does Support Coordination cost?

Nothing out of pocket if you have Support Coordination funding in your NDIS plan. We bill the NDIA directly at the price-controlled hourly rates ($80.06 Level 1, $100.14 Level 2, $190.54 Level 3 for 2025-26). No surprise fees.

Can I change my support coordinator if I already have one?

Yes. You have the right to choose your support coordinator at any time. If you're not happy with your current one, we can take over without losing your supports. Just let us know and we'll handle the transition.

What if my NDIS plan doesn't have Support Coordination funded?

You can request it at your next plan reassessment if your situation warrants it. We can help you build the case with evidence from allied health professionals. In the meantime, our blog has free resources to help you self-manage some of the coordination yourself.

Where do you provide Support Coordination?

We are a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across all of NSW. Meetings can happen at your home, in the community, or online depending on what works best for you.
