Good questions, honest answers.

How do I know if I need Level 3 instead of Level 2?

Level 3 is usually for participants with complex needs, high-risk situations, or multiple challenging supports. Indicators include recent hospital admissions, behaviour support plans with restrictive practices, child protection involvement, justice system involvement, or coordination across 5+ agencies. Read our full guide for a clearer picture, or give us a call.

Can I request Level 3 if I currently have Level 2?

Yes. If your situation has become more complex since your last plan, you can request a plan reassessment or a "change of circumstances" review. We can help you gather the evidence the NDIA needs to approve Level 3.

How much does Level 3 cost?

Nothing out of pocket if you have Level 3 funding in your NDIS plan. The 2025-26 hourly rate is $190.54/hr, billed directly to the NDIA.

What qualifies a coordinator to deliver Level 3?

Level 3 coordinators typically have clinical or human services qualifications plus several years of specialist NDIS experience. Our team brings backgrounds across mental health, disability, child protection, and justice. We can share specific credentials on request.

Can you take over Level 3 from another provider?

Yes. We do this often. We work with your current coordinator and providers to transition smoothly without losing supports or context. You don't need to start from scratch.

Where do you provide Level 3 Support Coordination?

We are a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across all of NSW. Level 3 work often involves face-to-face meetings, but we also work effectively via phone and online depending on your needs.
