Connected with DES

We work alongside Disability Employment Services and other employment programs you're using.

Good questions, honest answers.

Do I need to already have a job to use Employment Coaching?

No. We can support you whether you're at the very start of your work journey, actively looking for a job, or already in a role and needing help to stay there. The coaching is tailored to where you are right now.

How do I know if I have "Finding and Keeping a Job" funding in my plan?

It will be listed under Capacity Building Supports in your NDIS plan, with a dollar amount and possibly the support item codes for "Employment Related Assessment" or "Employment Assistance". If you're unsure, send us your plan and we can check in a few minutes.

Is Employment Coaching the same as Disability Employment Services (DES)?

No, but they complement each other. DES is a separate Federal Government employment program. Our NDIS Employment Coaching builds the skills, confidence, and routines that help you succeed in DES placements or in open employment. Many participants benefit from both running alongside each other.

How much does it cost?

Nothing out of pocket if you have funding under "Finding and Keeping a Job" in your NDIS plan. Employment Coaching is fully NDIS-funded and we work within your existing budget.

What if I'm not sure what kind of work I want to do?

That is a great place to start. We spend time exploring your interests, strengths, and goals before any applications happen. There is no pressure to know the answer on day one.

Where do you provide Employment Coaching?

We are a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across all of NSW. Sessions can happen at your home, in the community, or online depending on what works best for you.
