Coordination and coaching: Support Coordination, Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Employment Coaching, and Justice and Re-Entry Support. Daily living supports: Personal Care, Community Access, In-Home Support, Transport, Supported Independent Living and Community Nursing.

Where do you provide NDIS services?
We support participants across Sydney and New South Wales. Support coordination can also happen by phone or video if that suits you better.
Can I use Centre of Hope for one service and another provider for something else?
Yes. You choose your providers. You can use us for one service and someone else for another, and we will work alongside them.
