Centre of Hope provides NDIS supports and aged care across Sydney and New South Wales. Whatever support you come to us for, the same things stay true: your goals lead, you get honest advice in plain language, and one steady team works with you.

Six things you can hold us to, whichever of our services you use.
What we do is tied to your goals, and we check in regularly on how it is going.
We work for you. If a support is not right for you, we say so, whoever delivers it.
Jargon explained, always. You will know what is happening and why.
If you use more than one of our services, the people supporting you talk to each other.
You choose your providers. You can use us for one service and someone else for another.
Every decision, action, and provider contact is documented and shared with you.
A conflict of interest can happen when a provider offers Support Coordination as well as other NDIS funded services, and may benefit financially when participants are referred to its own services. Centre of Hope offers both, so we want to be clear about how we handle it.
Providing several services within one organisation is not automatically wrong. What matters is that providers identify and manage any actual, potential or perceived conflict, and give participants genuine choice and control.
Where possible we give you more than one provider option, so the decision stays yours.
We explain your funding and what each budget can actually be used for, in plain language.
We find services that suit your individual needs and goals, then set out the options side by side.
Different providers, different strengths. We give you more than one option wherever we can.
We monitor your spending so your funding lasts the full plan period, with no surprises at the end.
We check that you are actually receiving the supports you are paying for, not just being billed.
We raise concerns when a service is not meeting your needs, and help you change providers if it is not right.
