How the NDIS funds community nursing
The NDIS funds disability-related health supports: health supports needed because of your disability. The NDIS Pricing Schedule includes support items for the delivery of health supports by an enrolled nurse, registered nurse, clinical nurse and nurse practitioner.
General health care, like seeing your GP or going to hospital, is funded by the health system, not the NDIS. We can help you understand which is which. Current price limits are in the NDIS Pricing Schedule.

Good questions, honest answers.
Who provides the nursing?
Qualified nurses: enrolled nurses, registered nurses and clinical nurses, depending on what your care needs.
Does the NDIS pay for all health care?
No. The NDIS funds health supports related to your disability. General health care, like GP visits and hospital care, is funded by the health system.
Can a nurse train my support workers?
Yes. Helping your team understand your health needs and care plan is part of good nursing support.
Will you talk to my doctor?
With your consent, we keep your GP and specialists informed so everyone is working from the same plan.
Are disability-related health supports affected by the October 2026 changes?
The NDIA says the budget reductions starting from October 2026 do not affect funding for disability related health supports.
Where do you provide community nursing?
In your home, across Sydney and New South Wales.
Skilled care, close to home.
Talk to us about your health needs, and we will build a nursing plan with you.
