05Questions

Good questions, honest answers.

Can you help with medication?

Yes. Where appropriate and within agreed service arrangements, trained workers can assist with self-administration of medication, provide reminders and support established medication routines.

Can you assist with personal care?

Yes. We can provide respectful personal care support based on individual needs, including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care and other agreed daily living activities.

Can I choose my support worker?

Yes. We value choice and will work with you to understand your preferences and find a suitable support worker, subject to worker availability.

What happens if my regular worker is unavailable?

We maintain a team of support workers so that, where possible, another suitable worker can cover a shift when a regular worker is unavailable. We will communicate any change and aim to maintain continuity of support.

How much do your services cost?

We aim to provide quality support at affordable rates. Our aged care price list will clearly show relevant weekday, non-standard, weekend, public holiday, transport and other applicable service charges. Until it is published, we will talk you through the costs of your agreed services before support starts.
