Who we share it with

We only share your information when it is needed and allowed, for example:

  • with other providers or professionals involved in your supports, with your consent;
  • with government agencies such as the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission when the law requires it;

Our website, cookies and analytics

Our website uses a small number of tools that may set cookies or collect technical information, such as the pages you visit and the type of device you use:

  • Google Analytics, to understand how people use our website.
  • Google Ads, to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries, such as a form being sent or a phone number being tapped.
  • WP Statistics, which counts visits to our website.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from spam.
  • A reviews widget, which shows our Google reviews.

When you send a form, these tools are told only which form was used, never what you wrote in it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and our website will still work.

6

How we store and protect it

Information you send through our website is stored in our website system and our email account. Only staff who need it can access it. We keep personal information for as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or destroy it securely.

You can ask us general questions without giving your name. To provide supports, we will need to know who you are.

7

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. If we cannot give you access, we will tell you why.
