Your feedback helps us get better. If you are unhappy with a support or with how you have been treated, you have the right to make a complaint, to us or to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. You can give your name or stay anonymous.
There is no wrong way to tell us. Use whichever is easiest for you.
Call us, or tell any member of our team. We will listen and write down what you tell us.
Send an email or a letter. You do not need any special form.
A family member, friend, carer or advocate can raise it with you or for you, with your permission.
You do not have to give your name. A letter without a name is fine.
We let you know we have received your complaint.
We listen to everyone involved and look at the facts.
We talk with you about what you would like to happen and keep you updated.
We explain what we found and what we will do about it.
Tell us what is working and what we could do better. Both surveys take about 5 to 10 minutes and your name is optional.
