How do I get a support coordinator in Western Sydney?
If your NDIS plan includes funding for support coordination (under Capacity Building), you can choose any registered provider — including Centre of Hope. Simply submit a referral or call us on 0432 250 900 and we'll help you get started.
Do I need to travel to your office?
No. We're a fully mobile service — we come to you. We can meet at your home, a local cafe, the library, your hospital, or anywhere that's convenient. We also offer virtual support via phone or video call.
What's the difference between Level 2 and Level 3 support coordination?
Level 2 helps you understand your plan, connect with providers, and build independence. Level 3 (Specialist) is for complex situations — crisis management, multi-system coordination, and high-risk circumstances like justice involvement or homelessness. Learn more about the levels here.
Can I switch to Centre of Hope from another support coordinator?
